is the perfect combination of Thai traditional cutting and inlaid techniques that has been passed down from relatives for more than 50 years and a top-level polishing technique from a leading French luxury jewelry brand “Van Cleef & Arpels”. For over 100 years, Van Cleef & Arpels’ jewelry expertise has been renowned throughout the world, with a worldwide reputation for both the design and manufacture of high-quality jewelry and watches. The spirit of Van Cleef & Arpels, a subtle combination of values and styles, was born with love, the same as Avalon. The root of our pride came from the technique that crafts our passion.
The miracle of the “INVISIBLE” technique is the tiny gemstones are lined up, wonderfully formed to a particular delicate shape without even any prong, and turned into undoubtedly sparkling gems.
Each process of the “INVISIBLE” is very special. The polishing and inspecting process takes longer time than it should due to the details. Gemstones with little deviation in color need to be carefully picked for quite some days. The jewelry must be cut and embedded by master craftsmen, the embedding process must be performed by an experienced and harmonious team. Since the exclusiveness of the “INVISIBLE” method, it is dying out due to the lack of new learners, the exceptional piece created by AVALON will always be memorable.
