Linocut
The rich repertoire of Art Nouveau motifs includes mainly plants and animals. Among the anthropomorphic motifs, a woman occupies a central place, My woman in these prints refers to my previous series of prints made in ink with Women's Power. The common feature of the themes from the above-mentioned thematic groups is the line - long, flowing, wavy. The main motif is a woman/woman who is depicted with one-line art - line art. Their delicacy and sensuality leave a lot of room for individual interpretation and sstimulatethe imagination.
Since the beginning of time, women have held the world on their conquests. Women are a symbol of life. Creator of unconditional love. The woman is both parallel and powerful. Practical and spiritual. A woman is a gift to the world. A symbol of power and freedom. And exploring the man's eye.
My linocut series The Power of a Woman is intended to inspire women to be bold, beautiful, and empowered! Female empowerment art can help us remember that our inner strength and power are not despite, but because of our sensibility, vulnerability, and compassion.
My linocuts are decorative pieces as well as a tool to contribute to the women’s empowerment movement.
